Description
Inspired by the workwear of professional painters, the Scenic Artist Coat was designed to emulate the natural patina of clothing worn in a studio for decades on end. Each garment is hand-painted using tools and techniques commonly used by scenic artists.
This five-pocket coat is sewn from heavyweight 13.8 ounce duck canvas cotton with a polyester fleece lining in the body and recycled polyester lining in the sleeves. These jackets are sewn in China and hand-painted in the USA. Due to the hand-painted nature of these garments, please expect some variation between the piece pictured here and the one you receive. We recommend spot cleaning this jacket as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean. The sizing of these coats follows standard American men's sizing. Sydney is wearing a size Medium.
Care
We are big fans of easy laundry! The majority of our pieces can be machine washed in cool water with similar colors, then tumble dried on low heat. For some of our more delicate pieces, we recommend spot-cleaning or handwashing. Please consult the product description above for care instructions that are specific to this garment.
