Welcome to maison markosian
Maison Markosian was founded in 2021 with the intention of making creative clothing for creative people. Through our use of experimental dye techniques, deadstock fabrics, and thoughtful garment construction methods, we make garments that are as singular as their wearers.
We are currently stocked at Monty (Montclair, NJ), Pipe and Row (Seattle, WA), and the Whitney Museum Store (New York, NY).
our dyes and materials
Solar-activated dyes
Most dyes require added chemicals and heat to set their colors, but these dyes only need exposure to powerful UV rays to be made permanent. We custom-mix these colors in house and lovingly hand-paint them on our garments.
Deadstock Fabrics
Sourced from a fabric warehouse in France, the deadstock fabrics Maison Markosian uses are reclaimed from large luxury fashion houses who overproduced textiles. By incorporating these fabrics into our limited edition garments, we're able to save them from the landfill.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order ship?
Once we receive an order, your package will typically ship within five business days. However, many of our garments are made-to-order and require extra time to prepare before they can be shipped. Please consult the individual product description for specific lead times. We endeavor to accommodate all rush orders, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need your order in a hurry!
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns and exchanges on most items if they are unworn, unwashed, or in otherwise perfect condition. Some made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges-- those items will have that information clearly stated in the product description. Returns must be initiated within seven days of receipt. Please contact us at hello@maisonmarkosian to begin a return or exchange. Once you have initiated the return or exchange, we must receive an ACTIVE tracking number (i.e, the item has been delivered to the mail carrier or delivery service) within seven days or we will not be able to accept the returned item. Once we receive the item, we will refund its cost to the original form of payment.
Sale items are all final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to all 50 US states and Canada. If you live in a different country but are interested in one of our products, please reach out to hello@maisonmarkosian.com and we will be able to provide you with a shipping quote. Please note that we do not take responsibility for any import duties or taxes.
Will you restock an out-of-stock item?
Sometimes yes and sometimes no! The best way to let us know that you're interested in an out-of-stock item is to sign up for the product waitlist or to contact us at hello@maisonmarkosian.com.
