Refund policy

Please reach out to us at maisonmarkosian@gmail.com if there is a problem with your order. We accept returns and exchanges on most items if they are unworn, unwashed, or in otherwise perfect condition with the original tags still attached. Returns must be initiated by email or via our website's Contact form within seven days of receipt. Selected items are not eligible for returns or exchanges-- that policy will be clearly stated in the product description. Sale items are all final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, and Maison Markosian is not responsible for those expenses.
